Here you can download the CiF Belief v1a pre-release CiF reader program. It only works on Windows XP for sure and versions above XP with luck. It's a pre-release (or what's laughingly known as an "alpha"). Anyway, here it is in normal zip file format (2.842 Mb). If for some reason you want the raw .exe that's available here. This is 5.694 Mb in size.
